Delivery Information

We cannot offer collection of products as the majority of the products come direct from the manufacturer

Delivery within Mainland England& Wales is FREE OF CHARGE unless otherwise stated. We do not currently deliver outside of UK Mainland.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to IV, HS, KA26 to KA28, KW, PH19 to PH99, ZE, PA20-PA78 and TD (but within TD we do deliver to TD1, 2, 3 4, 6, 7, 10, 11, 13, 14).

Paypal payments, if you use Paypal to pay for your item please note we will only deliver to the address provided by Paypal.

1) Delivery

Deliveries only take place on Week Days no Saturday deliveries.

Deliveries only take place between 9am & 6.00pm; No time slots can be given; cannot request for AM or PM deliveries

Couriers cannot call ahead of time due to scheduling and road conditions. Couriers can call once at address (if they have the means to) but cannot wait for the customer if not there

Goods will be deemed to have been delivered once taken from the delivery vehicle at your agreed address. We require a signature for every delivery, and will not leave items which are unsigned for.

To keep down your costs we offer a basic one man delivery service to a front door only. Due to Health & Safety regulations and weight restrictions our driver cannot take items upstairs single handedly.

On the day of delivery

1.1) Inspect all goods, do not dispose of any packaging .until you have checked your item.

1.2) Any damages must be noted onto the drivers paperwork before leaving your address, and reported to us on 01803 664076 within 24hours of your receipt.. no exceptions.

1.3) Unpacking and assembly of goods are not part of the service.

1.4) Basic one man delivery, the driver is insured to front door only . However, with customer assistance the driver will assist the customer into a ground floor room, this is entirely at the customer's own risk, we accept no responsibility for damages of any kind. If you live in a block of flats or basement your product will only be delivered to the most easily accessible ground floor door.

1.5) Failed delivery where the customer does not give adequate delivery instructions, or fails to tell us a pre-arranged delivery date is no longer convenient ,and delivery is subsequently attempted, then we reserve the right to charge re-delivery costs

2) Access The customer agrees it is their responsibility to ensure satisfactory access is available onto their property. The customer also agrees they have measured their chosen location where they wish the item purchased to fit. No refunds will be given if you have mis-measured.
